If you need help with ZHAR, TestFlight access, onboarding, or a bug in the beta, email us at support@zhar.cc.
We aim to respond as quickly as possible during the beta period. If your message is about privacy or data deletion, you can also use privacy@zhar.cc.
What to include in a support request
- The device you are using, for example iPhone model and iOS version
- Whether you installed ZHAR through TestFlight
- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead
- Screenshots or screen recordings if the issue is visual or hard to describe
Common beta issues
1. I cannot install the beta
Make sure you are opening the invite link on your iPhone, that TestFlight is installed, and that the beta is still open for new testers.
2. The app crashes or behaves unexpectedly
Send us the approximate time of the crash, what screen you were on, and any screenshots or recordings you captured.
3. I have a question about memory or data
ZHAR is designed to keep user data private. If you want help understanding what is stored or how to delete data, email the support team and we will walk you through it.
